(a) Government/Nations Project Funding

We can assist to develop new projects or re-access old and abandoned projects, which are of great benefit to all concern. We can help to restructure various Investment positions in order to focus resources on generating good Income that can be used to offset Expenditures. Our Associate Funders and Lenders, which include Charities, NGO. Private Lenders and other Financial Institutions are prepared to accept Government Financial Instruments in form of Bank Guarantees, Treasury Bills and Sovereign Guarantees in most cases where the full required deposit is not available. We can provide funding for the following:

CFMB will always demand Equity where a full Guarantee is not issued to cover the value of funds to be disbursed.




(b) Commercial Long Term Funding
commercial long term funding Crown Financial & Merchant Bank Plc in collaboration with partners and private investors can provide Funding for any Project to any value as long as the Project Promoters are committed and the Project for which Funding is required is legal and must be commercially profitable or of Humanitarian/community benefit. Commercial Long Term Funding applies to Projects, for which Funding is requested for Ten years and above.

  1. Business Plan
    This will be in form of a Full Business Proposal or An Executive Summary of the Business Plan depending on the Project
  2. Security
    We will like to know the kind of security that will be made available for the Funding required
  3. Deposit Required
    12.5% to 20% of the value of Funding required
  4. Interest
    4% to 8.5% per annum depending on the type of project
  5. Repayment
    Capital plus interest after the period of moratorium where applicable
  6. Fees
    To be discussed

(c) Commercial Medium Term Funding
CFMB can source and provide Funding for Commercial Medium Term Projects with the assistance of our various Funders working with us across the globe

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Business Plan
    A comprehensive business plan, executive summary showing the full serviceability of the funds required for the Project
  2. Security
    Submission of the Security that will be made available for all funds that will be disbursed for the Project
  3. Deposit Required
    We will require a deposit of 10% to 20% of the value of Fund required to be deposited. Proof of such Funds must be provided on Application. Lands and other Assets are not accepted
  4. Tenure
    Five years to Ten years
  5. Interest Rate
    5% - 9.5% per annum depending on the type of Project
  6. Repayment
    Capital plus interest. Schedules will be drawn up with Contract
  7. Fees
    To be agreed

(d) Commercial Short Term Funding
CFMB is very keen to arrange Funding for Short Term Project that the Promoters know will make their mark in the Market place in a very short period. This kind of Funding is for high margin profit making projects. The Promoters must prove that a comprehensive research and survey of the market has been conducted and this should be evidenced on the Cash Flow. Strong commitment of the Promoters or the Owners as per CFMB, Funding Procedures and Funding Policy is very essential.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Business Plan
    A comprehensive Business Proposal and Plans showing all Financials and Technicalities to be submitted or an Executive summary with key details depending on the project
  2. Security
    A full description of the security is available for the required Fund to be submitted
  3. Deposit Required
    A 10% to 20% deposit will be required from the Promoters or Beneficiaries to which Proof of Fund must be submitted on Application
  4. Interest
    4% to 6% per annum depending on project
  5. Tenure
    One to Five years
  6. Fees
    To be agreed
